Timeline for submissions:
- Chairs submit revised guidelines to Deans: 2/28/25
- Deans submit approved revised guidelines to Provost: 3/14/25 (if revisions are required, Deans should work with Chairs from 2/28 to 3/14)
- Provost (or designee(s)) provides feedback to Deans and Chairs: 4/11/25
- Chairs or Deans (at Deans’ discretion) submit revised guidelines to Provost: 4/25/25
- Provost to notify departments whose guidelines were not approved: 5/9/25
- Faculty Affairs to post updated guidelines on Website: 5/14/25
