The conference registration fees are the following:
Early Bird (November 2024- February 28, 2025 by 5:00pm):
- Student fee is $185
- Faculty/Staff fee is $205
Regular Registration (February 28, 2025 after 5:00pm- March 28, 2025):
- Student fee is $200
- Faculty/Staff fee is $225

NOTE: DISCOUNTED CONFERENCE HOTEL RATE ONLY GUARANTEED UNTIL MARCH 4, 2025. PRESENTERS MUST BE REGISTERED BY MARCH 17 IN ORDER TO PRESENT.
Requests for conference registration fee refund must be RECEIVED at [email protected] by:
- March 4, 2025 – Full refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
- March 17, 2025 – 50% refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
- After March 17, 2025– No Refunds
Refunds will be issued approximately 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
